Hello, this is Nirupama Zambre from the queen city of Cincinnati, Ohio. I am a good (and always trying to better) mother, wife, daughter, sister, friend, citizen and fun person. You can contact me at nirupama.zambre@gmail.com.

 

I am an Engineer and an IT professional. After the stressful and busy day at work, I love to pursue my creative hobbies. I enjoy painting (water color, glass, stained glass, canvas, fabric), jewelry making, cooking, baking, traveling, photography, zumba, yoga, gardening, pumpkin carving, running and meditation. I feel that everyone should pursue a creative hobby. Pursuing any hobby is so relaxing, enhances mood and your mind-set.

You become emotionally and intellectually more motivated." says  Dr. Gabriela Corá, a psychiatrist and president of Executive Health and Wealth Institute. "When you’re really engaged in a hobby you love, you lose your sense of time and enter what’s called a flow state, and that restores your mind and energy",  says Carol Kauffman, clinical professor at Harvard Medical School.

 

My goal is to share any interesting fun projects that I complete with any useful techniques and tools.
