Green chutney
This spicy, tangy sauce goes well with hot fritters or sandwiches or rice/flour crepes
Ingredients:
1 cup coconut gartd
1/8 inch ginger
2 garlic cloves
2 tsp salt
sugar to taste
2 tsp lemon juice
buch cintro cut
4 green chilly
Method:
1. Grind all ingredients together.
2. Add water if needed. The lemon juice keeps the green color of the chutney.
3. Add mint leaves if you like the flavor
Enjoy with fritters or sandwiches or rice/flour crepes.
