White Bread

Ariv's favorite! I have made pav bhaji today and sliced white bread to go with it! This is bread maker recipe but you can try out the other non bread maker recipes in other posts too! Cut the loaf with a bread knife into slices. Spread Amul butter on bread and toast both sides! Yumm! Ariv says my mouth is watering and I just cannot wait to eat it!

Ingredients:

1 cup plus 3 tsp warm water

3 tablespoons white sugar

1 1/2 teaspoons salt

3 tablespoons plus 1 tsp vegetable oil

3 cups plus 2 tsp all purpose flour

2 1/4 teaspoons active dry yeast (Red Star)

Method:

1. Place water, sugar, salt, oil, bread flour and yeast into pan of bread machine.

2. Select Basic/White bread, 1.5 lbs , light option.
