Rose Falooda!!!

My sister in law Trupti and family and little 10 month old baby are visiting this weekend from Sacramento, CA! Heat wave 101 C for 2 days - its super hot and our AC requires repair. Luckily Amit got in touch of the technician and was able to fix the issue, This scorching heat compels me to make Rose falooda-such a refreshing summer dessert drink!!

Rose Falooda!

Ingredients: (for 1 cup)

Handful Falooda vermicelli

2 tsp Sabja (tukmaria seeds/basil seeds)

4 tbsp Rose syrup

1/2 cup milk

2 scoops rose ice cream (vanilla is alternative)

2 crushed pistachios

2 crushed cashews

Method

1. In a pot a boil quart water and put the falooda vermicelli in it for 4-5 minutes. Then remove and add cold water.

2, In a cup add falooda seeds and let stay for 15 minutes,

3. In a decorative glass, put the vermicelli and basil seeds and the rose syrup

4. Add milk.

5. Add 2 scoops ice cream

6. Add the crushed dry fruits to it.
