Orange Almond smoothie!

Oranges are a good source of several vitamins and minerals, especially vitamin C, thiamine, folate, and potassium. We need citric fruits for boosting immunity during this tough time to fight virus and flu. Best way to make both kids eat fruits!


Ingredients:

5 Oranges (1 per person having smoothie)

12 almonds

2 tbsp Chia seeds

1 cups Coconut water

1/2 cup cubed ice

Protein powder (1 tbsp per person for adults and kids above 4) - optional. If add nuts, not needed.

Vitamix mixer

Method:

1. Add cleaned fruits to Vitamix mixer

2. Add almonds, ice, chia, coconut water to Vitamix mixer

3. Turn the smoothie mode on and smoothie is ready is 2-3 minutes!
