Tandoori spicy Edamame -soya been snack

Easter Sunday it is!! I am cleaning the freezer and found a big bag of edamame soya seeds from Costco that takes too much of freezer space. I came up with this healthy and protein rich snack!

Ingredients:

Edamame soya seeds from Costco peeled. (Used seeds from 4 small costco bags)

1 tbsp oil

2 tsp tandoori masala

2 tsp Kashmiri red chilly powder

2 tsp onion powder

2 tsp garlic powder

2 tsp Amchur powder

2 tsp black pepper

2 tsp cumin powder

2 tsp black salt

2 tsp Costco Chicken seasoning

Salt to taste

PAM spray

Method:

1. In a colander wash and clean the edamame seeds,.

2. In a baking dish, add all above ingredients and toss. Spray with PAM.

3. Preheat Oven to 375 F and place the baking dish in.

4. After 15 minutes, open oven and mix with fork. Total time, bake for 30 minutes. Let stand for 10 minutes.

Serve hot as appetizer or can eat as snack. Enjoy!
