Apple Banana smoothie!
Weekend breakfast smoothie before all of us work in the yard to make our vegetable beds and plant trees.
Ingredients:
3 apples
2 bananas (1 per person having smoothie)
10 walnuts
1 tbsp Chia seeds
1 cups Coconut water
1/2 cup cubed ice
Protein powder (1 tbsp per person for adults and kids above 4) - optional. If add nuts, not needed.
Vitamix mixer
Method:
1. Add cleaned fruits to Vitamix mixer
2. Add walnuts, ice, chia, coconut water to Vitamix mixer
3. Turn the smoothie mode on and smoothie is ready is 2-3 minutes!
