Pineapple Almond smoothie!

Happy Monday!!! Early morning workout Cardio kickboxing and morning chores done! Before my morning meetings start and Ariv's teacher calls in on Google Meet, making this smoothie. The kids loved this and acted as an appetizer and ate a pancake after an hour and half.


Ingredients:

1/2 Pineapple

10 -12 almonds

1 tbsp Chia seeds (optional

1 cups Coconut water

1/2 cup cubed ice

Protein powder (1 tbsp per person for adults and kids above 4) - optional. If add nuts, not needed.

Vitamix mixer

Method:

1. Add cleaned cut fruits to Vitamix mixer

2. Add almonds, ice, chia, coconut water to Vitamix mixer

3. Turn the smoothie mode on and smoothie is ready is 2-3 minutes!
