Cantaloupe -Pear smoothie!


Sunday morning, making smoothie after the kids ate their cereal breakfast! I soaked walnut and chia in vitamix and cleaned and cut the cantaloupe.

Ingredients:

1 cantaloupe

5-6 walnuts

1 tbsp Chia seeds

1 pear

1 banana

1/2 cup Coconut water (Optional ) use water instead

1/2 cup cubed ice

Protein powder (1 tbsp per person for adults and kids above 4) - optional. If add nuts, not needed.

Vitamix mixer

Method:

1. Soak walnuts and chia for 2 hours at least and add to vitamix.

2. Add cleaned fruits to Vitamix mixer

2. Add ice, coconut water to Vitamix mixer. If coconut water is not available add water.

3. Turn the smoothie mode on and smoothie is ready is 2-3 minutes!
